01What is Myah for creators?
Myah is a marketplace where brands post paid creator programs and UGC creators join them. You get the product, film a video and earn a flat fee when it’s approved, a share of the sales it drives, or both. Brands then run your video as an ad.
02Do I need a big following?
No. Brands choose creators from their portfolios, not their audience size. Your video runs as a paid ad, so it reaches people far beyond your followers, and on share-of-sales pay you earn on what it sells. A creator with a small following whose video sells can out-earn a much bigger one.
03How do I join a program?
Fill in your profile (photo, location, niches, socials and up to five portfolio videos), then browse programs and open one to see its pay, products and examples. Apply, or accept an invite. Some programs take everyone; others need the brand’s approval.
04What if a brand ghosts me after I deliver?
A brand can’t download or use your video until it has approved it and paid for it. If it wants changes, it has to say what to change. Every video shows where it stands: in review, approved, live, earning or paid.
05How do product samples work?
If a program offers samples, request the product and variant you want and add your shipping address. The brand approves the request, ships the product and adds a tracking number. You confirm when it arrives.
06How and when do I get paid?
Each program shows its pay rule up front: a flat fee per approved video, a percentage of sales, or both. A flat fee becomes payable once the brand’s payment for your video clears. Commission is counted per order and held for 30 days in case of refunds. Payouts run every week, and every earning shows as pending, payable or paid. We’ll confirm how you receive payouts before launch.
07How is commission tracked?
Each approved video gets its own tracking link and code. When a store order comes through one, it’s matched to your video: the last click within 7 days counts, and refunds reverse it. You can see the orders behind every commission. At launch, commission programs work with Shopify stores, and sales a store can’t track don’t earn commission.
08Who owns my video?
You do. A brand can only download and use your video after it has approved and paid for it. Our full terms will be published before launch.
09Does Myah cost anything for creators?
No. Myah is free for creators to join, apply and get paid. Brands pay Myah’s platform fee on top of what they pay you, so it never comes out of your earnings.
10How do I get early access?
Click Join early access and create your creator account. That’s all it takes: your account puts you on the early-access list. Set up your profile and portfolio while you wait, so brands can find you as soon as programs open.
11Is Myah live?
Not yet. We’re opening sign-ups first, so profiles and programs are ready when the marketplace goes live. Create your account to join early access and we’ll tell you as soon as it opens. Expect a few rough edges at the start; your feedback decides what we fix first.
