1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, communications, and services made available under the Myah brand (collectively, the "Services"). Myah services are provided by T3 Venture Labs Limited("Myah," "T3 Venture Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

3. Use of the Services

Myah is an AI business agent platform designed to help users work with natural-language instructions, persistent context, files, integrations, and automated workflows. You agree to use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account or contacting us.
• You are responsible for your account credentials, API keys, and activity under your account.
• You may not access the Services in unauthorized ways or interfere with their operation.
• You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, or submit harmful or abusive content.

4. Accounts, Integrations, and Beta Features

Some features require an account, connected services, or enabled integrations. If you connect third-party systems such as file storage, identity, or AI providers, you authorize Myah to access and use the data needed to provide the requested functionality. Because Myah is a startup product, some features may be in beta, experimental, or subject to change without notice.

5. Your Content and Inputs

You retain ownership of the data, files, prompts, chat content, and other materials you submit to the Services ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and use Your Content as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to submit Your Content and to instruct Myah to access any connected third-party systems on your behalf.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the Services to break the law or violate the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, network, or data
• Upload malicious code, harmful content, or material that interferes with the Services
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Services except as permitted by law
• Use the Services to create spam, deceptive output, or abusive automated actions

7. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including the software, interfaces, design, branding, and underlying technology. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

8. AI Output and Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party tools, infrastructure providers, and AI systems. Their availability, outputs, and behavior are outside our direct control, and they are governed by their own terms and policies. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case, so you remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

9. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, comments, or feedback about the Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myah disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myah will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the total amount you paid us for the applicable Services during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Myah, T3 Venture Labs Limited, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or if we discontinue a feature or the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of the British Virgin Islands will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
